Depending upon where you live and the method of shipment it can take up to 10 business days.
Within Calgary city limits we strive to have all orders delivered within 1 week with most within 3 days. (exception being the custom bison processing)
Across Canada it depends on the size of your order and method sent. Canada Post shipments can only be sent on a Monday as our frozen products do not keep frozen over weekends without refrigeration facilities.
Given the nature of our perishable products we do not accept returns. If, however, you have a problem please reach out to discuss and arrange a solution.
We want the best experience for all our customers. Afterall, our name is on the product and we don’t take that lightly!
